CPI Training

CPI (Crisis Prevention Institute) was established in 1980 and is the leading training organization that specializes in the safe management of disruptive and assaultive behavior. If and when behaviors occur, this training will help better prepare you on how to handle the situation in a safe and secure manner.

We have two district CPI instructors who train and certify administrators, teachers, assistants, and bus drivers. This training provides quality techniques used to ensure the safety of everyone in a crisis situation.  Refresher courses and additional training are conducted throughout the school year as needed.

Our two CPI Instructors are Behavioral Consultant, Sherry Stout and Self-Contained Emotional Disabilities Teacher Patricia Martinez. Their contact information can be found to the right.

Also, if you are interested in more information we have provided a link to the CPI website located to the right.
